Processing Times

All ready-made orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on where we are shipping it to.

Custom Orders

Please allow 4–6 weeks for us to order your chosen fabric, create your item, and send it to you. This timeframe ensures we can source sustainable materials and give your order the attention it deserves.

Our Returns Approach

Because we’re a small, sustainable business, we’re not currently able to accept returns, this helps us reduce waste and keep our environmental footprint as light as possible.
